We're really excited for our Spring specials this month as we've got some wild garlic - try finding that on the high-street!
Wild garlic has a wonderful flavour, more delicate than your traditional bulb garlic - almost chive-like - and a superb partner for all sorts of seasonal ingredients. Ours is foraged from the woodlands of North Norfolk and when added to a salad, seems to make everything taste even better.
