Using time-honoured, traditional methods, passed down and perfected throughout the generations, Celtic Bakers make some of the finest hand-crafted bread, cakes and patisserie around.
Everything is baked from scratch in their North London kitchens, with high quality, yet simple ingredients. Apart from natural leavenings, the only things you'll find in their bread are flour, water and a pinch of salt.
Their artisan products are in high demand from London's best restaurants, delis and food halls, so we're delighted that they've baked all our bread from the day we opened and now provide us with our delicious, freshly-baked breakfast pastries.
