At Chop’d, we have a history of people development and are proud to have created a culture that supports and encourages our team members to progress and grow with us. In fact, many of our current store managers started as kitchen porters and saladistas (a.k.a salad chefs!) and have worked for us for 10-15 years!

Training Programme

Our manager in training programme supports a team member's development into an assistant or general manager . This programme will teach you all aspects of the business from food preparation to finance, marketing and recruitment. You'll also have the opportunity to run one of our stores before taking a position in your destination store.
