Jobs

Here at Chop’d we are always looking for passionate people who genuinely want to work hard, deliver their best and be rewarded well. We are always on the hunt for new team members to work straight shifts, often Monday to Friday. We need energy, enthusiasm and a real passion for great service. An appreciation of good food can help too! Experience can be helpful but a good work ethic goes further, as what you don’t know, we will teach. We offer great benefits including a starting rate of £8 p/h with the potential to rise quickly, free food for every full shift worked, 28 days paid holiday, real opportunities for development and a chance to work in a close knit team.

As we grow, we are also on the hunt for the next generation of store managers, assistant managers and store trainers. We have a history of people development and have created a culture that supports and encourages team members to grow with us. Many of our current managers started as kitchen porters and saladistas (salad chefs). As we continue to develop our current team members, we are also looking for talent elsewhere. Our manager in training programme supports your development in to an assistant or general manager by working \t your pace. We will teach you all aspects of the business from food preparation to finance, marketing and recruitment. You will also be handed the opportunity to take control of a store and make a positive impact before taking a position in your destination store.

Our store in Spitalfields Market is dedicated training up new managers & assistants. This process is headed up by the manager; Neringa. If you're interested in joining the team, why not drop in and have a chat with her
